At Camp XX 2013/"44th ReU," '69ers began to imagine our 45th ReU & a 50th/golden gathering in the spirit of '69ers' alumnae activism. Several present expressed interest in exploring possibilities for a 50th/golden anniversary gift that would help preserve elements of Scripps tradition related to campus history, informing & investing in future planning & building. With Scripps Alumnae Relations, the 45th Reunion Committee initiated a planning/promotion process, and our 2014 Class Gift, incorporating the ideas & engagement & presence of many.* Visit Scripps campus 1939 on film* Claremont Colleges promotional video, c. 1963

"44th ReU" at Camp XX 2013: Eleven members of the Class of '69 attended Camp Scripps XX June 20-23, 2013 (pictures below): Laurie Mitchell Arnold, Valerie Johnson Ball, Mary Breckenridge, Regula Feldmann Campbell, Ellie David, Liebe Gray, Leslie Lasher Monsour, Marga Rose Hancock, Charla Connelley Shadduck, Sue Talbot, & Ann Westaway -- with many other classmates present in spirit, talk, thought, memory, & by phone/e-mail. Together we recollected other assemblies, including our 20th reunion where we began the crafting of Camp Scripps & the Lois Langland Alumna in Residence -- both inaugurated in 1994, the 25th/silver anniversary of our graduation.
