Scratch Motion Activities
The first Scratch Science curriculum is for 8th grade physical science topic motion (speed, velocity, acceleration, force). The unit is based on the SACG class. Students will build computer games and simulations around motion to help them understand what velocity is and how forces lead to changes in velocity.
The motion unit includes a number of activities that can be selected to match specific needs. The days do not need to be consecutive.
