Profile/Summary: Nydia Monarrez is a top-rated, Spanish voice over talent, international speaker, entrepreneur and author. Nydia is represented by industry agents in major cities like Los Angeles, New York, Chicago and Atlanta, as well as Florida, Texas and Colorado. She has worked for such notable clients as Disney, McDonald’s, Toyota, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Marriott’s and Oxy Clean. She also conducts marketing training among the Hispanic community, based on GKIC and Dan Kennedy’s principles, speaking engagements and on-camera work. Nydia co-authored the book Today’s Inspired Latina Vol. ll, launched in May 2016. She was born and raised in Monterrey, Mexico and lives in St. Charles. She has a B.S. in Communications and Public Relations. For more than 10 years, she worked at ING Financial, most recently as the Multicultural Sales Support Manager. There, she helped close millionaire contracts for the Retirement Services department. In 1997, Nydia worked at Citibank Mexico first as a Sales Executive, then a Sales Force Trainer and finally as a Corporate Sales Manager who led a 90-person team.
