Leah Hoppes
Author of: Marketing Chomp
Profile/Summary: Leah spent a lot of time in corporate America. During that time, she learned the world of consulting left a lot to be desired from the client's perspective. Once she began working with small business owners, she realized there was a huge gap between the needs of small business owners and the services they were receiving from marketing companies. The stories she heard infuriated her because these business owners were not only receiving bad advice, but, in some cases, they were being taken advantage of by companies who knew their clients weren't very savvy. So she set out to do something about it. In Marketing Chomp, she brings real-world, hands-on experience to everything from startups to multi-national corporations and shares the latest in marketing trends and technology with readers. In this inaugural book, she simplifies marketing by breaking it into everyday language, providing relevant examples and eliminating the intimidation factor in marketing one’s business for growth.
