Details: Pack 994's fall camping trip is held at Tuckahoe State Park at the beginning of each scouting year. This trip is intended as an introduction to Cub Scout camping. All scouts attending this trip will have the opportunity to work toward rank requirements and other achievements.
Cub Scout rules require each child to be accompanied by their parent; Cub Scouts cannot spend the night with another child’s parent on a pack overnight camping trip. On Saturday all Scouts and Leaders must wear a class B uniform. Class B uniforms can be purchased at the pack meetings. Parents are encouraged to also wear a class B uniform. This requirement is to provide quick identification of the members of our pack for the safety of our kids.
If you have not submitted your Health and Medical forms, this will be required before attending the camping trip – no exceptions.
Anyone over 16 years of age that wishes to fish needs to obtain a Maryland State fishing license. Click here to obtain your fishing license online.
Please make sure to volunteer for needed equipment, supplies and positions during this trip – we need volunteers to make this work.
When entering the Youth Group Area - Sites 1 & 2 are on the left, furthest from the restroom.
