SciWrite Tip of a day: Do not cite a work that you have not extensively read. In addition, avoid false citation where an author cites unrelated works. In conjunction with this issue, avoid too much nested citations E.g. [1, 3, 7-12, 15].
False citation has been a central issue for discussions among editors and reviewers. One may find a piece of writing with a wrong citation: if you visit that citation, you find a completely wrong citation. Hence, the whole research becomes inaccurate because it then will be based on the false foundation.
