Master Norman is President of the All North American Taekwon-Do Federation, President of the Canadian Taekwon-Do Federation International, Board of Director of the International Taekwon-Do Federation, Technical Director of the Saskatchewan Taekwon-Do Federation International, Member of the Canadian National Team for nine years and Captain of National Team for 4 World Championships.

He was inducted into the Saskatchewan Sport Hall of Fame as an athlete in 1993. He was selected by the Founder of Taekwon-Do as one of nine instructors Worldwide to perform on the official Taekwon-Do training CD Rom. He was also recipient of the "Outstanding Instructor Medal" from the International Taekwon-Do Federation Produced over 100 National Champions from Saskatchewan since 1985.

1993 - Inducted into the Sask Sport Hall of Fame as an athlete on June 19th

2005 - Received his 7th degree black belt

2012 - Received his 8th degree black belt
