Create and save a new form

Launch an XLSX Workbench, and create a new form with name ICONTABLE_2 .

Assign a context to the form 

Assign a context TREEMICTAB to the form. When an automatically creation of the Form structure will be prompted, you should press the button

in order to create a structure manually. 

Create a Form structure

Add a component «Grid» under the component «Sheet»:

Perform Template binding for a «Grid» according to scheme below :

Perform Context binding for «Grid» according to scheme below :

Specify the column set of «Grid»

In the Properties tab, in the «Layout options» item You have to press button

after that popup-screen (splitted into to two lists) will be shown. Move from right list to the left list the grid columns (and is arrange in the desired order) that should be displayed in the form :

Activate the Form by pressing a button
