Of course, you could create the form "from scratch", however, it will be faster to slightly modified the Form from the previous example. Here we explain this method.

Open the previous Form and save it by another name

Open (in the XLSX Workbench) the form FORM_ORDER (from previous example) and save it by another name  FORM_ORDER_2.

Modify the form structure

Delete node

and insert Grid component

instead it, for the form Tabular section.

Result is below:

Select the added «Grid» component node in the Form structure tree. 

In the Properties tab perform next steps :

Activate the Form by pressing a button
