Create and save a new form
Launch XLSX Workbench, and in the popup window specify a form name SHIPPING_LABEL, and then press the button «Create»:
The workbench screen will be displayed:

in the application toolbar, for the new form saving. In the popup window specify a target package:
Assign a context to the form
Assign a context to the form
To do it, press the button «Pencil»
in a left-bottom frame, in the item «Name of the context». In the popup window specify ZCONTEXT_SHIPPING_LABEL (it has already been created):
Herewith, you will be prompted to create a form's structure automatically (based on context structure):
We will create form structrure manually, therefore we should press the button «Don't create»:

Add a new component «Pattern» under the «Sheet» node.
Add a new components «Value» under the recently created «Pattern» node as shown in the picture below:
