Common Sandpiper HOA Rule Infractions

All residents should read and fully understand all of Sandpipers HOA rules.

1) New Resident Registration:

a. All of sandpipers’ residents must register with the on-site resident manager, within the first 14 days of occupancy. The registration process includes; Submitting a completed Sandpiper registration form, paying the $200 move-in fee and you’ll then receive a Sandpiper parking sticker for each registered car, as well as one visitor parking pass.

2) Parking:

a. Sandpiper Parking Decal. All residents must display a Sandpiper decal on the left side (driver’s side) rear window. Any vehicle not displaying this decal will be fined and towed without notice.

b. Residents may park in the visitor parking stalls briefly i.e., no more than fifteen (15) minutes maximum (to load and unload).

c. Any visitor parking in a visitor stall longer than 24 hours must obtain prior approval and a “Special Visitor Permit” from the Resident Manager. This permit must be displayed on the relevant vehicle’s dashboard.

d. A limit of fourteen (14) days has been placed on guests’ use of visitor stalls overnight within a 6-month period, without the written permission of the Resident Manager.

e. Any vehicle parked in a reserved area, visitor parking, fire lane, or no-parking area in violation of these House Rules will be impounded without notice at the owner’s risk and expense. No attempt will be made to locate the owner of an improperly parked vehicle. It is the responsibility of all residents to know the parking regulations.

3) Noise control and quiet Hours:

a. Sandpiper Quiet Hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM during weekdays and from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM on weekends and holidays.

4) Use of Limited Common Area’s:

a. Lanais/patios may only be appropriately furnished with plants, deck or lawn furniture, wind chimes, gas grills (no charcoal, pellet, etc.), and decorative wind toys in good condition. Containers for plants must be located safely within the lanai / patio area itself (plants may not be placed on any railing cap and plant boxes must be hung from inside of railing). Planters must have receptacles to prevent water from overflowing and spilling off the lanai / patio.

b. Residents may not store anything in entryways, entryway alcoves, hallways, hallway alcoves, stairwells, or on lanais / patios including, but not limited to, household items, toys, trash, recycled items, and tools. The Resident Manager or a Board member, without notice, shall dispose of any items.

5) Exterior and Interior Modifications to Condominium Apartments:

a. The owner must request in writing and receive the Board’s written approval prior to commencing work.
