Newsletter Autumn 2014

The next meeting of the S&D group will be on Sunday 26^th October 2014 where Bill Pipe will show a selection of “better” Dorset Postal History and Graham Mark has kindly offered to show Ireland Transitional Period of the early 1920’s.

The meeting will start at 10.00 with coffee available from approximately 09.30

There will be the usual good lunch with a choice available on arrival.

The “Silent Auction” will take place in the morning & over lunch and there will be the ever popular member & guest displays after lunch.

I must put my hands up and say that I never took any notes of the displays at our last meeting as I thought they were being taken by A.N Other!!!! Suffice to say, we were treated as usual to outstanding contributions from many of our members who showed a wide variety of interesting selections from their collections.
