PDG Allan Lewins awarded Paul Harris Fellow with Ruby

Past District Governor Allan Lewins has done a remarkable job leading teams working on the Sustainable Cambodia project in areas worst affected by the murderous excesses of Pol Pot. To recognize Allan's remarkable achievement, his fellow Rotarians at the Rossmoyne Club in Western Australia have awarded him the very rare honour of a Paul Harris Fellow with Ruby.

District Governor Marilyn Barton made the award to Allan at our meeting on 15 December.

A very rare award made to a very deserving recipient. Congratulations Allan!
