A 2 minute rush is a faster than normal ancient HI rush. The two minutes refers to the time point at which the enemy sees your troops walking across his fields. You could say a rush is any attack that comes when you don't want it to. But for most purposes, the rush happens as early in the game as it is feasible. For RoN this means in the first 3-5 minutes. At this time people are just getting to terms with what nation they are, where their scout is, messaging their team mates as to what map this is and checking on how much beer is left to hand.
