ROJOSON’s Strategic Life Plan for 2014 to 2024
Formulated: February 1, 2014
Starting February 1, 2014 up to January 31, 2024 (that is, if I get to reach this date), my reminder code is 10-5-3-1-3-1-1-1. This means starting February 1, 2011, as I live my life, I will be guided by my 10- and first 5-year strategic plans and implementing them using a 3-year, annual, quarterly, monthly, weekly, and daily plans with regular assessment and review.
10 – 10-year-strategic plan
5 – first 5-year-strategic plan
3 – every 3-year plan
1 – yearly plan
3 – quarterly (every 3-month) plan
1 – monthly plan
1 – weekly plan
1 – daily plan (live one day at a time - live by the day, live by the moment)
When I make my 10-5-3-1-3-1-1-1 plans, I will be guided by the following:
· what matters most
· 2011-2014 strategic life plan that I had previously made and completed
· prioritization and balancing of things that I plan to do
· alignment and integration of different plans
· degree of stress on my well-being (physical and mental)
· what I can realistically do and change (in myself, in my family, and in the community)
· others that I can think of as I make my plans
My approaches in formulating and implementing my 10-5-3-1-3-1-1-1 plans:
I will just use two broad domains or key result areas: Financial and Personal Well-being (used in 2011-2014 Strategic Life Plan).
I will start with the 10-year strategic plan then cascade it to the first 5-year strategic plan down to the every 3 years, yearly, quarterly, monthly, weekly and daily plan. The 10-year strategic plan will contain the broadest or most general plans and goals; the 5-year strategic plan, more specific or detailed plans and goals; the yearly plans, most specific and detailed.
I will align and integrate all action plans that may be formulated.

Then, be more specific with action plans at 3-year intervals, yearly, every 3 months, monthly, weekly, and daily.
Every 3-year Plan
After making the 10- and first 5-year strategic life plans, I will make 3-year plans from 2014 to 2017, 2016 to 2019; 2020 to 2023; then 2022 to 2024.
There will annual milestones in the 3-year plans.
Annual Plans
In the annual plans, there will be quarterly milestones, monthly milestones, and weekly targets.
Living Each Day and Being Contented
10-5-3-1-3-1-1-1
The (1) at the end of 10-5-3-1-3-1-1-1 means that I will live one day at a time! I will make full use of each day! I will keep myself busy everyday! I will be contented with 3 major activities per day. These major activities will be a combination of the any of the following (Formulated in January 13, 2013):
1. Medical practice – clinics, operations, writings
2. Medical education – conferences, teachings, meetings, writings
3. Hospital administration – meetings, writings, teachings
4. Public health education – writings, lectures
5. Family bonding
6. Exercise-relaxation
7. Social networking
