Happy spring, everyone! It is always a wonderful feeling when the snow is gone, and everything starts to turn green. Likely, your spring cleaning has already started, but we have a few reminders to help you with your spring readiness.
Please remember to take down all Christmas/Holiday lights and decorations.
Check your yards and homes for any wear or damage that was incurred over the long winter. It is always better to address any problems early if possible.
RimRock Landscaping will do both a spring and fall clean-up for us. You will be notified when those are scheduled. Our regular summer lawn mowing is scheduled for Wednesdays during the late spring, summer, and early fall.
Please ensure that all toys, garbage, and pet waste is removed from your yard before Wednesday mornings to help RimRock get the job done.
To help with your spring clean-up, the Board of Directors has authorized a dumpster that will be available for everyone in our condo community to use for unwanted items that don’t fit in your black bins. Watch for a notice from UrbanTec Property Management for more information regarding bin placement and the dates it will be available.
Fertilizing and weed control is scheduled for spring and fall. UrbanTec will send out notices to let everyone know when lawn treatments will be taking place and to provide you with options. You can choose weed control or fertilizing or both or none. UrbanTec will make sure that your wishes are accommodated.
Free pruning services for all owners will be offered once annually in late summer. This will be provided by RimRock Landscaping. UrbanTec will organize all requests. Some restrictions apply.
