The condominium by-laws require each owner/resident to conduct regular maintenance on the exterior of their home. In addition to regular maintenance residents are also encouraged to undertake other exterior home improvement projects.
Please note that all exterior home improvements require prior Board approval.
Submit all requests for exterior improvements to UrbanTec via Tim Erickson at rrp@urbantec.ca for review and approval by the Board of Directors.
The Board meets every 4-6 weeks to review approval requests, so please submit your requests with enough time so you have your approval prior to starting the improvements.
