Board Confirms opening CD for $100K for 5 months will net approx. $1600 at a rate 3.90% Tom & Rick will both have to be present to open the account

Lot 002 $600 ($480 Construction Assessment + $120 late fee)
Lot 074 $750 (Construction Fee)
Recent fees/Bills paid:
$112.50 to ‘Mind Your Business Bookkeeping’ to fix QB issues
$3,000 Mario Aguilar for lot 1 + ($1250 maintenance & $1750 for roadside clearing)
$99.90 Rick Jamerson for electronic 990 tax filing
Form 990 completed and filed – everything is up-to-date
Registered agent changed to Rick Jamerson
Paving update: no cracks except on Thornmeadow – board will need to walk side roads and confirm
