Access the Thy Kingdom Come quiz at http://www.cmi-lmi.com/kingdomality.html It takes just 8 questions for you to determine which middle ages profession matches your personality. Write a short paragraph describing your new medieval persona. Be sure and share whether you think your assigned profession fits you and why! You will share your Medieval Personalities with the class in two ways: (1) Enter your assessment results on the web form at />http://spreadsheets.google.com/viewform?formkey=dEluMGJNRDBDb2lKeHRFVG9oQ2VIZGc6MQ which will be used to email a synopsis to all participants. (2) Post your response in the Online Community of Learners forum in the Discussion Area. Respond to at least three of your classmates posts to start building our community!
Helpful Hint: Remember to review the Discussion Posting Rubric in the Assessment Folder of Module 1 before posting your response and to always respond to at least three classmates' postings unless specified otherwise. This rubric will be used to evaluate all Discussion Forum postings throughout the course!
My Work:
What am I? The White Knight!
Analysis: I think that, as a wife, mother, and teacher, I am very giving of my time, energy and support to others. That description matches the White Knight. On the other hand, I am very analytical about my decisions, and don't often make them emotionally. I am far too logical for that. In other words, I'm no Don Quixote or Joan of Arc!
My Scenario:
It is not likey that I will use this assessment with my third and fourth grade students. I doubt that the references to Don Quixote or Joan of Arc would mean much to them!
Description:
Students complete an 8-question assessment to find out about their Medieval Personality type as our class builds a community of learners. Once the assessment is complete, class members will then discuss their outcome on the Discussion Board. Class members learn about their own personality as well as those of their online classmates.
