As we look towards the future, our director is stepping down after 15 years of sailing leadership at RHYCSS. This an exciting opportunity for someone looking to take the helm of a well-established sailing program. Compensation will be commensurate with experience.

The Rock Hall YC Sailing School (RHYCSS) on the Eastern Shore of the Chesapeake Bay is seeking motivated and experienced leaders to join our team. We are currently looking to fill positions for:
