FEBRUARY 22 2019 - RASA Pension Legal Action – Update for Plaintiffs
“The Plaintiffs’ written legal submissions (a critical legal document setting out the legal arguments in the case and the case law on which we intend to rely at the trial) were delivered on behalf of the Plaintiffs on 1 February 2019. Replying legal submissions will be delivered on behalf of the Defendants by no later than 1 March 2019.
We are required to deliver joint expert reports by 11 March 2019. Arrangements are being made for the experts from either side to meet and to identify areas upon which there is agreement and disagreement in an effort to save on costs and time at the trial.

There will be a significant amount of work undertaken by our legal team, by the Plaintiffs and by the Committee between now and the trial to ensure that we are fully prepared.
