Susie Carson Research Room (SCRR)

The "Susie Carson Research Room" honors Southport's most venerable historian and one of the founders of the Southport Historical Society.   The SCRR houses her vast collection of subject files, photos and publications, that she used to capture Southport's history.   Susie Carson authored/co-authored three books about Southport. Carson's books, plus a number of other books by local authors, are available at the Southport Historical Society's online bookstore LINK.
