Problem: Are farmers rotating crops?
The need for soil to rest by not planting periodically or, at least, by rotating crops has been well documented in research and in practice. Explore rotation patterns by comparing the same group of fields at the same time of year in two different years. Choose a time of year when one crop has much vegetation while the other crop has low vegetation (harvested or not planted yet). Color the band in one year red and the same band in the next year green. When you have merged the two images, those that are the same crop will appear yellow.
