To fully surrender to this experiment and experience what it can bring to your process to fully retreat from the outside energy world, it is requested not to use your phones or internet during the week of the Retreat. Whenever contact is made to the outside, the energy comes into the group. So please arrange with your families, friends, colleagues  to be ‘out of reach’ for a week. This one week is a rare and precious gift to yourself. Take advantage of this opportunity to the fullest and support your fellow Reflector-travellers in their process simultaneously. Of course, you will receive an “in case of emergency” telephone number, so you can always be reached.

The surroundings and the lovely beachside of Arillas can be fully explored during the days before and after the Retreat. During the one week Retreat it is requested not to leave the premises. No worries, the comfort and beauty of Nikos apartments makes up for it generously. Maybe you never want to leave at all... ;)
