The following competencies are guided by Royal Pharmaceutical Society (RPS) (2016) A Competency Framework for all Prescribers, you will work through these with your CPT over the full year.

Additionally the inclusion of a (maximum of) 2000 word critical analysis on an episode of prescribing practice, linking to the RPS Competency Framework (2016) with an example of a written prescription will be assessed as part of the portfolio. Aim to complete the assignment by semester 2 progression point.
