How to join the google group, please refer to this manual: 

1) Type the url: https://groups.google.com/forum/#!forum/rtxen-devel (it will show the rtxen-devel google group);

2) Click on the 'Join group' link. The Join group dialog box appears. 

3) Fill in the options on the Join Group dialog box. 

4) Click the Join this group button. You are now a member of the rtxen-devel group.
