For Day Rental:
Day rental for up to 15 Persons is $210. For additional Persons beyond 15 is $14 per person.
Maximum Persons, including infants and children, is 25 persons.
Earliest time of arrival is 9 am and latest time of departure is 5 pm unless otherwise arranged.
Includes use of Cabana with BBQ, Swimming Pool and Beach access.
Use of One Bedroom
For Overnight Rental:
Regular rental for up to 8 Persons is $225 per day for non-holidays. Additional persons beyond 8 is $28 per person per day.
Holiday rental for up to 8 Persons is $260 per day. This includes Easter, August Holiday and Christmas/New Years Holiday periods. Additional persons beyond 8 is $33 per person per day.
Minimum stay for Holidays is 2 Nights.
Maximum persons, including infants and children, is 20.
Check-in Time is 1:00 pm, unless otherwise arranged. Check-out Time is 11:00 a.m., unless otherwise arranged.
The Rancho Yokota rental rates depend on length of visit, number of persons and holidays. Discounts may be given for rentals of one week or longer. Day Use Rental depends on availability.
