Rancho Description

Located in a gated community of ocean side residences at Playa Amatecampo, our Rancho was purchased at the end of 2003. It is a double lot, consisting of over 1 acre of land with 50 meters bordering a long stretch of sandy Pacific coast.

Initially, it contained a large Cabaña for outdoor entertaining, two bathrooms and a small caretaker residence that we immediately expanded.

We designed and constructed a two story Residence about a year later that has 4 spacious bedrooms and 4 bathrooms available for overnight renters. The Rancho is also available for Day Use rentals. Additionally, we built a large family-safe swimming pool that completed the main features of the property.

Recently in 2018 we completed a third level private apartment for personal visits and that allows us to reserve the two lower levels for rental visitors.
