Constructed in 2005, the House incorporated the original 2 bathrooms and abuts the original Cabaña. The two-story residence has available for Overnight Renters with four spacious air-conditioned bedrooms, three full bathrooms with showers. It has a complete kitchen, dining and living areas and covered patios. A fourth additional bath/changing room is accessible from the outside patio.
Bedroom 1: Upstairs Master Bedroom with two queen beds and private bathroom. Sleeps 2-4
Bedroom 2: Upstairs Bedroom with two queen beds and adjacent bathroom. Sleeps 2-4.
Bedroom 3: Downstairs Bedroom with two queen beds and adjacent shared bathroom. Sleeps 2-4.
Bedroom 4: Downstairs Bedroom with two queen beds and nearby shared bathroom. Sleeps 2-4.
Maximum bed accommodations is 16 persons. Additionally, 4 twin mattresses can accommodate 4 persons for a total maximum of 20 persons.
Each bedroom has an armoire for clothes and a television.
All bedrooms have new independently controlled mini-split air conditioners installed in 2016.
