A private beachfront residence located on a large double lot in the quiet, gated community at Playa Amatecampo, Rancho Yokota is available for Day Usage and Overnight Rental. The property was purchased in 2003 and it was developed as a family vacation destination.

Amenities are ideal for Families or Small Groups looking for a safe, relaxing and enjoyable getaway for a few days or for an extended stay. The House provides four spacious, air-conditioned bedrooms, four tidy bathrooms and a fully-equipped kitchen & dining area. Outside, a large cabana provides an outdoor barbecue and dining area as well as hammocks for relaxation. The large swimming pool and spacious grounds provides for great family recreation. Enjoyment of the beach and warm Pacific waters is just a few steps out through the back gate.
