I posted the letter below to the Commissioner of Police at New Scotland Yard, after I was advised to do this by The Crown Prosecution Service (CPS).
His reply written on his behalf by Detective Inspector David Jones is also below.
Date: 12th October 2012.
To/
Police Commissioner Bernard Hogan –Howe,
New Scotland Yard,
8-10 Broadway,
Westminster,
London,
SW1H 0BG.
Dear Commissioner Hogan-Howe,
Please find a copy of a letter I received from Mr D Ponder of the CPS, on the reverse side of this letter.
As you will see, he has informed me that I must contact the Police.
I request that the Police investigate all aspects of Space Debris Impacts being the possible cause of a fire, or any alleged stabbing, or alleged shooting, or alleged grenade explosion, or alleged bombing, or alleged explosion of any kind whatsoever, or any similar such incidents to property or persons.
I also ask that this kind of investigation must be carried out on any and all such incidents occurring throughout the British Isles and should be done before any person is accused or charged with causing any of the said incidents. I believe these type of investigations should also be performed on cases that are presently pending even if some is charged or facing prosecution, in fact, more importantly.
I believe this is a very serious issue indeed, if not the most serious ever and must not be ignored, hence my reason for contacting you direct.
I await your reply.
Yours Sincerely
John Hall
