Lord Advocate,
The Rt Hon Elish Angiolini QC,
Crown Office,
25 Chambers Street,
Edinburgh,
EH1 1LA.
Dear Lord Advocate
Please find the enclosed copies of my letter and Disc which I posted to Lord Hamilton on the 3rd of September 2008.
Up to the date I have not received any reply from Lord Hamilton and putting it mildly I find his failure disgusting.
I have contacted you because you hold a very important position in the law of the land and will have an important interest in establishing the real cause of the PA103 disaster.
I hope you will just spare a little of your time to read my letter to Lord Hamilton and watch the disc clips on your computer (Play in ‘RealPlayer’). You will see that I am a vital witness that should be investigated and not overlooked in the forthcoming PA 103 appeal. If Lord Hamilton continues to ignore me in this next appeal, I will consider his action to be unlawful and against democracy and human rights, not only against myself, but also the accused. Lord Hamilton has no excuse for his treatment towards me.
I realise that the Canadian incident on the enclosed disc is not actually of my sighting, but if I had been pre-warned of the event and with my movie camera at that time, my resulting pictures would have revealed much the same.
I will just add that I am fully aware, and you should be aware also, that for many years space debris has played a very serious part in world affairs. I say without fear of being labelled a subject of paranoia, this is why the security services of Britain have spent their time gagging me for the last twenty years.
I await your reply.
Yours truly,
John Hall
