2. Does Burrillville Fire Alarm inspect the fire alarm system after completion?
No, the Fire Alarm Superintendent will be inspecting, testing and programming the radio fire alarm box only. The Fire Marshal representing the Fire District where the system is installed will coordinate the inspection and test of the fire alarm system. The Fire Alarm Superintendent may assist the Fire Marshal on larger installations where multiple zones are reporting through the radio box.
3. My radio box is beeping, is there something wrong?
Most likely, there is nothing wrong. Each day, the radio box will send a test signal to the dispatch center. When this happens, the box will emit a few short beeps.

5. Who is responsible for the maintenance of my radio box?
The building owner is responsible for maintenance of the fire alarm box. We will unlock the box and diagnose the problem. Recommendations as to how to have it repaired will be provided.
6. Why don’t I have keys for the fire alarm panel and fire alarm box if I own them?
Rhode Island Fire Code laws prevent you from accessing this equipment. Only licensed professionals and fire department personnel have access.

8. I have to shut the power down for maintenance, what should I do?
