Wellcome for Your Holidays

Instructions for holidaymakers

Next to the main door there is a key compartment that opens with a code. Inside, there are shoe racks with slippers. On the right door there are adjustable wheel chair rails.

The cottage has a main power switch on the right inside main hall. Raise the gray lever marked with the arrow on the switch so the lights are working (the fridge works even if the lever is off). When leaving, turn the same switch down, then all the extra electrical devices will turn off.

There is a overcurrent protection in the second hallway opposite maintenance room. Sometimes it is fired by a thunder. This switch is also marked with an arrow.

There is an ice-cool cabinet and freezer at your disposal. Under the stairs there is a cool cellar, where drinks can keep cool.

The sauna gets a water pipe from the harbor house. The hose can be found in the sauna and a water post can is in the northern wall of the harbor house.

Fill the hot water cauldron before the ignition. Saunas can be bought from a dead end. The wheelbarrows can be found in the wood shead.

For grilling, you need charcoal and lighters bites (the use of sparkling liquid in a ceramic grill is prohibited).

It is a good idea to include the goods and supplies that you feel important for the success of your holidays.

The house has 20 beds plus vanity beds and two cribs and two children's beds and extra mttrasses. Totally 30 sleeping places.

Recycling

Pyhälahti Inn is located in the lakeshore conservation area. Waste management requires "Take back with you what you bring along with you". This will oblige the visitor not to leave any trash in the site. If you have paid for the final cleaning this will require sorting of waste at the cottage's EKO point.

Cleanliness and ecology

Final cleaning includes bedding ventilation, carpet cleaning and floor cleaning. Of course, this requires a neat and normal life where the goods and facilities are left in the same condition and order as they were at the start of the holiday, as well as the use of interior slippers indoors.

Pets are not allowed in sleeping areas. Cleaning of the traces is not included in the final cleaning. In the outbuilding there are good facilities for pets, if need be.

Waste must be sorted by residents in accordance with the municipal regulations of Konnevesi. For this purpose, the kitchen has three garbage cans separately for biodegradable, flammable waste and plastic. Rooms also have dustbins.

When the containers are filled, their contents are sorted at the Eko point behind the stall to their own containers according to the instructions on the wall. Waste sorting is a good way to increase knowledge of sustainable lifestyle.

It is always best to call the owner of the cottage in case of doubt and problems.

"The serenity of the mind dwells in pure body - pure body in neat environment."
