On-line Registration

If you decide to register with our web site, you may be asked to provide your name, company, country, email, phone number and job type. You may elect to refuse to provide any of this information, although if you do not provide a means of contacting you we will not be able to respond to your request. We use the information that you provide to us during registration to respond to a specific request, presenting promotional offers online or via email with your consent or in accordance with applicable law, tailored to your previous engagements with us. We do this to try and make your experience with us more productive and efficient.

Personal Data Accuracy

We endeavor to maintain Personal Data accurately and we rely on our customers and partners who give us Personal Data, to ensure that the Personal Data they provide to us is complete and accurate, and to notify us of updates and changes to Personal Data as required from time to time. Opting Out of Email Communication with PCI

You can choose to not receive emails from us at any time by simply sending an email with your name and email address with "Remove" in the subject line to privacy@PurposefulClouds.com. If you are the receiver of notices in any contract with us, please provide us your replacement for that notification. If we discover later that you are a contractual contact, we will notify using this email solely for the purpose of obtaining contact information for your replacement.

Inter-country Transfer of Personal Data

We will ensure that whenever Personal Data is transferred to foreign countries, it will remain adequately protected. It is our policy not to transfer Personal Data to any entity, individual, or organization located in countries that do not provide an adequate level of data protection, unless:
