IFB should provide immediate replace the defected IFB dishwasher with new one.

IFB can't just fool customers by shipping poor quality manufacturing defect products.

Here is the summary of the issue.

Resolved - Feb 2017

Finally the defect and F5 error is resolved.

The culprit is the outlet bad IFB design or the rolling outlet pipe extension.

The below outlet IFB dishwasher pipe height was reduced and outlet pipe rolling extension is removed and then F5 error was resolved.

The overall IFB dishwasher performance is very good and it is a great product.

However such stupid design adjustment are difficult to root cause and fix.

Thanks to IFB technician Mr. Girish who visited my house multiple times and finally resolved the issue by reducing the hanging height of this outlet pipe and also removing the outlet pipe extension.

The new IFB dishwasher has been shipped by company for replacement.

The new IFB dishwasher got installed.

However, the F5 error persist.

IFB technian came to open the newly purchased machine and change the manufacturing defect part in machine, which I completely refused.

I have asked IFB Bangalore executive Sabreesh (sabareshifb@gmail.com and mobile 9379532260) to asap replace the machine with new one or refund the full money.

The IFB very well knows the manufacturing defect in washing pump and sent the below part replacement in new dishwasher.

IFB and IFB executive both ignored this random error.

IFB says this error didn;t reproduce in-front of IFB executive so IFB won't consider this error, even when snapshot of error has been shared with IFB and IFB executive

Even shared this error is intermittent, so IFB cliams shipping manufacturing defected product with intermittent errors is expected behavior. :)
