Drip Irrigation design approaches
I have done hands-on over both of these approaches and found the approach-1 (1/4 inch tube for both line) suitable for home use.
1/4 inch tube for both main line and branch line
The pipes being of same diameter, the connections are easy and carry small diameter tube for main line is also easy.
1/2 inch tube for main line and 1/4 inch tube for branch line
I myself tried this and found this hard for home setup.
Firstly, setting up 1/2inch tube is hard as it is heavy and doesn't bent easily
Secondly, connecting 1/4 inch tube from branch line to 1/2 inch main line is tough, as 1/2 inch tube is very hard and if the hole is larger for connector there is high chance of water leakage.
Drip Irrigation Items
The basic items required for drip-irrigation setup are shared below.
1/4 inch tube for transporting water
This tube could be used for both main line and branch line.
The alternate design is to use 1/2 inch main line and 1/4 inch branch line, however I didn't find it easy to install.
I did try Greenage drip irrigation for 1/2 inch main line, however connecting 1/2 inch main line and 1/4 inch branch line is a pain.

This T connector is used to connect main line and branch line

The pepper agro design is better as it will hold the dripper even with wind.

Drip Irrigation Water Trigger
Manual
This means connecting to water outlet (usually same outlet as used by washing machine etc)
This comes default in the kit.
The tap needs to be manually switched on and off to water using drip irrigation.

Automatic
This means connecting to water outlet (usually same outlet as used by washing machine etc)
This needs to be ordered separately.
The tap is always on, and the automated timer triggers the water flow based on start time and duration of time.
The one from pinolex is better than greenage one, I tried both of them.

The custom pack is good as I didn't use the kit completely
I used Vinyl pipe, End dripper, Tee Connector, Supprt Steak
I didn;t use Inline Dripper, Straight Connector, Flow Control Valve, Tap Adapter, Filter Washer, Pipe Clip, End Clamp (However I additionally use automated water controller)
