6/29/2006: an H1 train crashed into a C1 train at Golden Oak Library Station.

7/15/2006: Line 9's C1 Derailed at Rodrick West station

1/1/2007: Hearts Warming Eve Failure resulting in a Line 3 service.

2/14/2007: H2 after release Derailed approaching Shugarcube Corner Station.

2/25/2007: Track fire near Dupont.

3/21/2007: after a year a track fire at Don Mills result in the station burning closing Line 9.

4/1/2007: following an April Fools joke Streetcar 012 derailed near Shugarcube corner streetcar station.

5/26/2007: PLRV #020 Caught Fire and was scrapped.

9/15/2007: NovaBus 250 Exploded.

9/20/2007: H1 5001 after the farewell trip Derailed pulling into the Dupont Yard.

10/31/2007: Nightmare Night Ruined a C1 train on Line 9.

12/31/2007: New Years Eve (part of hearths warming eve) cause PLRV 1040 to Catch fire.

1/23/2008: 3 Minutes after the H3's Debut H3 3001 Caught fire.

3/20/2008: a part of Shugarcube corner's Line 6 Extension a part of it fell on a worker sadly that worker died.

4/20/2008: an H3 on the Line 6 extension to Shugarcube Corner derailed at the Dupont - Town Hall Tunnel.

5/30/2008: at 5PM Orion V 402 Caught fire.

9/11/2008: in memory of the attacks A building near Dupont Station put a flag but it caught fire and burned the main lobby before the platform.

11/24/2008: ICTS Mark I 099 Caught fire Near Sweet Apple Acres Station.

12/12/2008: a fight broke out on H3 3092 holding the train at Dupont. The founder and Owner immediately came and had them banned from the PTC.

12/24/2008: Line 1's C1 1024 Derailed approaching the terminal station, Town Hall.

1/2/2009: H3 3149 Doors Malfunctioned and all Passengers on that train were asked to leave.

1/20/2009: an H4 after debuting derailed pulling in the Sweet Apple yard.

2/18/2009: A C1 on Line 9 was causing delays. That operator was taken off duty and suspended for 90 days.

2/28/2009: when reveling the H5 and said coming 2010 a strike began forcing a skip stop service.

3/1/2009: the identical ponies that match the elements of harmony, shined and H4 4127 caught fire.

3/21/2009: The C1 was planned to retire in 2010 with the new P1 replacing them caused another strike.

4/5/2009: The Friendship Express Derailed and destroyed part of Spadina Streetcar Station which caused Line 3 and free shuttle buses to go into effect.

4/19/2009: after showing the P1 with the C1's retirement plan caused yet another strike with skip stop service.

5/20/2009: a 4 car C1 known as C1 2019 derailed approaching finch station.

6/1/2009: a flash from a blank flank caused H3 3008 Break down and catch fire.

6/15/2009: ALRV 205 caught fire and 21 people were killed with 201 injured

6/17/2009: a power outage occurred turned out power to everywhere in equestria closing the expressways and all lines.

7/4/2009: H5 plans to be on all lines but the promotional photo burned at Dupont Burning Platform 2

8/14/2009: a Tunnel fire at Dundas Closed line 3 until September of 2009.

9/1/2009: Town Hall caught fire and 39 people where killed.

10/30/2009: H4 4190 aka the nightmare night train caught fire.

11/12/2009: was with the plans for the H5 the people destroyed a portion of the Dupont yard.

12/21/2009: with the conspiracy that the world was gonna end 12/21/2012 Ponyville was outraged and forced Line 6 major delays.

1/13/2010: after the H5 and P1's debut the debut trains derailed and were scrapped.

2/12/2010: after the snow buried ALRV 1201 they didn't knew after they shoveled and the driver turned on the engine and it caught fire.

3/21/2010: Winter Wrap Up streetcar 050 exploded while plowing through the snow.

3/23/2010: Orion VII NG 096 caught fire.

4/1/2010: H5 5281 Caught fire

4/15/2010: P1 5208 Derailed pulling into Dundas Station.

5/2/2010: H4 5018 Broke down at Shugarcube Corner and caught fire.

6/30/2010: The Founder and Owner's Birthday Bash turned into a massive tragedy with 105 people killed and 1027 injured.

7/4/2010: CLRV 205 was caught in fireworks and caught fire.

7/12/2010: H3 3871 Derailed pulling into Dupont for the final time.

8/2/2010: a strike was caused by opening the Line 6 extension and showing Line 4 plans.

8/10/2010: A fight broke out at H5 5796 (P1 mock up) the Asst. CEO came and banned them immediately.

9/13/2010: after a mare watched "102 Minutes that changed America" (released in 2008) yelled in the entire subway station of Spdina. He shouted "Never Forget" in a loop, he was banned for 3 Years for that act.

10/10/2010: after encountering "Twilight Sparkle" H5 5789 caught fire next to H4 RT-23.

11/2/2010: PLRV RT-12 exploded.

12/25/2010: Hearths Warming Eve P1 5973 Derailed approaching Bayview.

1/3/2011: Fire at the Dundas Tunnel.

2/17/2011: H6 Debut train Derailed Pulling into the Everfree Yard and was scrapped.

3/21/2011: Winter Wrap Up H4 WWU 32 caught fire.

4/19/2011: H6 6011 Derailed pulling into Shugarcube Corner.

5/2/2011: H6 6432 caught fire.

5/12/2011: P1 5210 Derailed approaching Bayview.

6/12/2011: H5 5782 Derailed approaching Dupont.

6/29/2011: P1 5201 caught fire and exploded.

8/2/2011: An H6 bound for Manehattan caught fire and burned the tunnel.

9/11/2011: with 10 years after 9/11 one guy interrupted an H6 driver resulting in it derailing killing 50 mares and injuring 501 mares.

10/31/2011: Princess Luna's powerful yell during nightmare night made WWU PLRV 205 catch fire.

11/23/2011: H1 NMN 31 caught fire.

1/12/2012: Ponyville Rocket 5672 caught fire.

2/4/2012: PR 5737 Exploded

2/10/2012: PR 5172 Derailed approaching Golden Oak Library.

2/18/2012: The Founder and Owner's ears bled when Pinkie Pie played a song called "Smile Smile Smile" while he was doing a live coverage of the updates delaying the YouTube channel and intro and outro for 3 days (2/21/2012) and Line 6's extension for 10 days (2/28/2012).

2/29/2012: a bull we don't know his name destroyed PLRV WWU 230.

3/20/2012: with preparations with WWU (Winter Wrap Up) H5 WWU 040 Caught Fire.

4/25/2012: The Founder and Owner returned from Toronto and was attack outta nowhere by The Great and Powerful Trixie. But he forgave her and were still friends.

5/21/2012: H6 HWE 007 caught fire.

6/29/2012: PLRV 247 caught fire.

7/12/2012: ALRV HWE 102 caught fire and exploded.

8/21/2012: PLRV NMN 259 Exploded.

9/1/2012: Line 5 Closed because of suspicions of a terrorist activity at Golden Oak Library Line 5 platform.

9/21/2012: Line 501 closed because of an investigation near Shugarcube Corner.

10/1/2012: Line 6 Closed for Maintenance.

10/4/2012: A Powerful yell was herd throughout Ponyville Closing Line 1,2,5,7,8, and 9.

11/23/2012: H1 Garbage Train 001 caught fire.

11/24/2012: Following the burnt H1 Garbage Train An H5 Derailed and Crashed into it, the H5 was known as RT-24.

11/28/2012: H6 RT-32 exploded while it was in motion.

12/2/2012: A Ponyville Rocket that just got converted into a Hearths Warming Eve train. Derailed and caught fire.

12/21/2012: pony's outraged the transit system when they predicted the world was gonna end but nothing happened. PTC was closed for that incident.

1/1/2013: after the year 2013 began new plans of extension of all lines people raged and PTC's Subway Service Closed for 3 days (1/4/2013)

1/5/2013: an H6 that just got converted into a worker car known as RT-31 crashed into H3 RT-19.

1/19/2013: H5 5612 Exploded and was scrapped.

1/30/2013: P1 5200 derailed.

2/1/2013: P1 NMN 101 caught fire and it's fire extinguisher was abused.

2/4/2013: P1 RT-49 collided into H4 HWE 46.

2/18/2013: 1 year of that tragic incident with the Founder and Owner's ears and Pinkie Pie. Pinkie Pie spoke with the Founder and Owner 2/19/2012, and H4 RT-32 Exploded on this date of 2013.

2/24/2013: PR RT-65 derailed and collided into PR 5789.

3/9/2013: Go Green inspected our transit system and we passed BUT H6 5988 blew up next to the inspectors and nearly killed them. They were transported to the nearest hospital.

3/12/2013: H2 RT-23 caught fire and H3 RT-29 collided into it.

3/21/2013: While NovaBus LFS WWU 028 was plowing through the snow the driver's windshield got caught in snow and crashed into a building.

4/3/2013: Shugarcube Corner Subway Station closed for Maintenance.

4/9/2013: H6 HWE 901 Caught Fire and was Scrapped.

5/23/2013: H4 RT-40 Exploded.

6/12/2013: a fight broke out on H5 RT-34 the men who fought were fired.

6/29/2013: P1 RT-67 Derailed.

7/13/2013: PR 5791 Derailed, Caught Fire, Exploded, and was scrapped.

7/21/2013: a fire was at Dupont the man was caught and was immediately sent to the moon.

8/2/2013: when 8/2/2016 was the confirmed release for Line 4 a protest broke out followed by another strike with a skip stop service.

9/11/2013: a guy said he wanted to do a terrorist attack on PTC but he was caught immediately and was banned.

9/23/2013: a fight broke out on P1 5230 and they were immediately banned.

10/31/2013: Nightmare night came and H4 NMN 096, 173, and 106 went on all lines and they all were full and they tryed to do rush hour and that resulted in Taose trains catching fire.

11/11/2013: With plans for Line 4 ppl kept burning the portrait, they were found and banned.

12/24/2013: Hearts Warming Eve came and H5 HWE 093 served line 6 the ppl set that train on fire and were identified immediately and were banned for that act.

1/1/2014: NYE caused ALRV 4000 catch fire

1/4/2014: PR RT-99 caught fire and exploded.

2/7/2014: PLRV WWU 087 Exploded next to Flexity Outlook 4003 killing 9 ponies and injuring 25 ponies.

2/18/2014: Pinkie Pie visited the Founder and Owner for moment of silence for 2 years of that tragic incident she done on 2/18/2012 and along with that the bomb squad came and disarmed a bomb on H5 5796 and that one who planted that bomb was sent to the moon.

2/28/2014: H1 RT-04 Exploded and derailed.

3/22/2014: Winter Wrap Up came and PLRV WWU 001 was plowing the streetcar tracks singing the Winter Wrap Up song from 2010 and was distracted by the melody and derailed near Spdina Streetcar Station.

4/24/2014: PR 5796 caught fire and was instantly extinguished.

5/23/2014: someone on a train was shooting on it shouting "Allahu Ackbar" he was found banned and sent to the moon.

6/4/2014: H6 5988 caught fire.

6/14/2014: Tirek returned to Ponyville and was trying to get Princess Twilight's Allicorn Magic and destroyed the entire Golden Oak Library Burying parts of the subway station destroying the streetcar station and the bus terminal was destroyed as well, that started the work on re-routing Line 5 and 6 to turn to the left to Downsview and the express passes Downsview, and got working on 507 Downsview, and 23 Downsview.

6/30/2014: The Founder and Owner's Birthday Bash turned into a tragic incident with many H4 and H3 worker cars exploding and a reserved C1 for Nightmare Night. C1 NMN 001 was scrapped and 27 people were killed 50 ponies were killed 101 people were injured and 109 ponies were injured.

7/4/2014: with a celebration of the Declaration of Independence PTC's finest celebration accidentally destroyed PLRV 4210.

7/14/2014: a delivery from the TTC (Toronto Transit Commission) with their old streetcar refurbished to look like ours Spontaneously Combusted and was scrapped and the TTC's CEO (Andy Byford) went back to get another one.

7/28/2014: H6 5999 Spontaneously Exploded.

8/2/2014: a strike began when they found out Line 4 was releasing in 2 years.

8/5/2014: Andy Byford (TTC's CEO) thought about joining us but then PLRV 2000 caught fire next to him he was moved from a 30 ft radius from the streetcar on fire.

8/10/2014: H5 5612 Derailed approaching Museum.

8/20/2014: after Andy Byford joined us, a strike was caused.

9/1/2014: with plans to extend all lines (except Line 4, 7, 8, and 9 which led to a strike.

9/6/2014: Midnight Rush Hour turned in tragedy we had H5's PR's and P1'S exploding outta nowhere, Causing 1,893 deaths and 9,999 injuries.

9/11/2014: an argument between him assigned to an H6 as Run #99 has broke out, he was suspended for 3 years.

9/28/2014: a delivery from The TTC had their G series and M series refurbished to look like ours but it G1 1039 exploded luckily no one was harmed but Andy Byford went back and got another one.

10/8/2014: Princess Celestia paid a visit at Dupont Station and she got in PR 5794 and accidentally flapped her wings and caused the train to derail killing 79 and injuring 179.

10/13/2014: Andy Byford helped with Line 4 but a piece of Shugarcube Highland Station ALMOST fell on him luckily for Andy a worker saved his life and the worker was badly injured, he was taken to the nearest hospital.

10/31/2014: Nightmare Night destroyed ALRV NMN 017.

11/2/2014: preparing for Hearths Warming Eve a next train arrival sign malfunction at Spdina Station with people standing on the platform edge and did not obey the incoming H4 Train and the train stopped checking to see if the passenger is ok but he was injured and was taken to a local hospital.

11/13/2014: a Door Malfunctioned and P1 5301 and they just kept rolling and the door failed to close and passengers on that car was forced to move to a different car.

11/25/2014: HWE was around the corner and many people were exited. Which caused H2 HWE 120 Explode.

12/3/2014: before Hearths Warming Eve, Andy Byford was ill and was given treatment. He said "H5 5796 got infected which took me ill" and all persons on H5 5796 were off loaded and had disinfectant spray all over the car.

12/24/2014: Hearths Warming Eve came and PTC Closed for that holiday and The Founder and Owner (Malachi Smith) Co-Owner (Brookie Shult) and the General Manager of PTC (Andy Byford) went to see the play but after we came back PTC was on strike.

1/1/2015: the first incident of 2015 is H4 RT-32 derailing at the construction of line 4.

1/6/2015: Track fire near Town Hall.

1/10/2015: a Railroad Crossing from Germany was for the Expressways and the Friendship Express but it malfunctioned and the train hit a pony by accident but that pony was ok and was sent to the nearest hospital.

1/17/2015: we started receiving German Railroad Crossing and one disobeyed the Crossing but he wasn't hit the driver still checked to see if he was ok but he warned him about the crossing.

2/8/2015: all removal of Railroad Crossing and were replaced with German Railroad Crossing made transit companies around Equestria go on strike.

2/18/2015: 3 years of a tragic incident has came and Pinkie Pie returned Yet Again in moment of silence about what happened but H5 5761 caught fire next to Pinkie Pie and the Founder and Owner (Malachi Smith) and Dupont was evacuated.

2/25/2015: another Railroad Crossing malfunctioned and was taken offline and the ponies passing must hear for train horns.

3/21/2015: 9 years and our 10th anniversary was around the corner in 366 days (because 2016 is a leap year) and Winter Wrap Up was here and all of our WWU trains, streetcars, and buses were being used and PLRV WWU 298 derailed.

4/3/2015: RXR 9 malfunctioned.

4/7/2015: PR 5321 derailed and caught fire

4/20/2015: Line 7/8 extension announced but a strike was caused by that.

4/30/2015: planning removing of all H4's in 2017 and said "Refurbishment is gonna happen later on" and H4 train 4999 derailed.

5/21/2015: More incidents with a Pillydelphia level Crossing that PR 5791 collided into a carriage and suspended the Ponyville-Manehattan Expressway.

6/12/2015: Track Fire near Applelousa station.

6/28/2015: Track fire near McCowan Station.

7/21/2015: H5 5782 derailed approaching terminus Museum.

8/2/2015: a strike was caused by knowing that line 4 will open next year.

9/10/2015: people was raging everywhere because of the 2.5 wide comet that will impact in the next 5 days (9/15/2015) PTC was closed for that.

9/15/2015: after 5 days of closing because the end of the world was gonna happen and nothing did so PTC opened all lines with MAJOR Delayes.

9/29/2015: Rush Hour began and all trains departed stations quick with having passengers no time but to board quick but subway lines closed.

10/31/2015: Flexity Outlook # 4012, 4018, 4028, and 4033 were converted to Nightmare Night and were NMN 45, 21, 41, and 69 and 1 caught fire.

11/25/2015: PLRV 2000 exploded and got scrapped.

12/24/2015: Hearts Warming Eve came and all streetcars were suspended for 9 hours and ALRV #3220 derailed, caught fire, exploded, and got scrapped.

1/2/2016: PR #5796 derailed.

2/2/2016: plans to extend all lines led to a strike.

2/18/2016: 4 years of a tragic incident and the program was about to be released before H4 RT-32 caught fire.

3/21/2016: our 10th year anniversary came and we had many things for it but that turned into a tragedy and 23 people were killed and 129 people were injured.

4/22/2016: Flexity Outlook 4007 caught fire.

5/5/2016: H6 5909 Exploded.

5/22/2016: H4 5020 Derailed

6/29/2016: tragedy at Sweet Apple Acres Station as H5 5666 Crashed into the station destroying the centre platform and Line 1's centre platform and lightly damaging line 7 and 8's platform closing the station for months.

7/21/2016: basically a strike was caused by line 4 opening soon.

8/2/2016: Line 4 Opened and a strike was caused.

9/22/2016: Line 4 went down for downtime maintenance and H6 RT-23 Derailed.

10/13/2016: Twilight's Kingdom station closed because it was heavily damaged. Station plans to reopen 2/18/2017.

10/16/2016: Twilight's Kingdom station's reopening has shortened to 10/21/2016 and H4 RT-21 Derailed near that station but nothing was damaged.

10/22/2016: the changeling's returned forcing to close all lines, luckily they were defeated and turned into something new now all lines are fully operational again.

11/17/2016: Derailment at Sweet Apple Yard.

12/5/2016: Rush Hour Resulted in a bunch of delays.

12/13/2016: at Dupont a Flexity derailed and was re-railed

1/4/2017: The Founder and Owners return after staying in Vanhoover for the Weekend and a strike began with exploding streetcars and stations were evacuated.

1/11/2017: H5 5798 caught fire at Ponyville Station.

1/25/2017: H4 5719 Derailed at Everfree Forest.

2/13/2017: a PLRV Derailed near Dupont Streetcar Station

2/14/2017: many ponies without their hearts and hooves have rampaged near subways, streetcars, and buses.

2/15/2017: a fight broke out at Downsview, the Founder and Owner immediately broke up the fight and banned the ppl from the PTC.

3/17/2017: PR 6421 Derailed Approaching Don Mills.

7/5/2017: after a phenomenal 4 months without incidents we get one with an H5 Derailing at Twilight's Kingdom on Line 1, this is the first time that a train derailed at the Twilight's Kingdom which is above the Castle of Friendship.

8/24/2017: some parts of the PTC were closed due to rush hour from back to school shopper's.

9/6/2017: An Arsonist Boarded P1 5022 on Line 9, the train was evacuated, the suspect was arrested, and the run was canceled.

9/13/2017: A fall breeze was Superstorm '93 Like and closed PTC for all that snow coming early. Oh Wait... A TORNADO?!?!

10/12/2017: A bus Collided with a Streetcar on the intersection of Shugarcube Highland Ave and Rodrick Ave. luckily no one was killed or injured.

11/8/2017: People at Spadina Streetcar Station has pushed PLRV 4400 off the rails. The ones responsible were banned off the PTC for life.

11/16/2017: An H5 Collided Into a PR at Ponyville Station, the people were evacuated and Ponyville Station is Closed.

11/21/2017: H6 5988 Derailed and was rerailed because it almost went underground at the everfree yard.

11/28/2017: H6 5821 Broke down at Spadina Station. Passengers offloaded.

1/24/2018: H5 5765 Derailed approaching Keele.

6/3/2018: After months of a good working state H1 RT 12 Derailed.

5/7/2019: Recently reported that H5 5766 has collided with P1 5033, the drivers are ok and they somehow went on opposite sides due to an error with the tower, the person responsible for this incident is now undergoing remedial training and we assure if this happens again, he will be fired.

8/25/2019: Outraging ponies of the cancellation of G4 of MLP to switch to G5, resulted in streetcar closures and shuttle buses along all streetcar routes.
