วัตถุประสงค์

1. อธิบายพยาธิกำเนิด และการดำเนินโรคของ cerebral aneurysm ได้

2. ให้การวินิจฉัย spontaneous subarachnoid hemorrhage จากอาการและอาการแสดงได้

3. แปลผล CSF ของผู้ป่วย subarachnoid hemorrhage ได้อย่างถูกต้อง

4. ให้การรักษาเบื้องต้น รวมทั้งให้คำแนะนำสำหรับผู้ป่วย spontaneous subarachnoid hemorrhage ได้

5.บอกพยากรณ์โรค และภาวะแทรกซ้อน ในผู้ป่วย rupture intracranial aneurysm ได้

6. ให้การรักษาผู้ป่วยที่มี complication จาก subarachnoid hemorrhage ได้อย่างถูกต้อง

2. Pathogenesis and pathology of cerebral aneurysm

3. Aneurysm rupture and subarachnoid hemorrhage

4. Vasospasm, hydrocephalus and post aneurysm ruptured rebleeding

5. Natural history, course and prognosis of subarachnoid hemorrhage

6. Sentinel headache and warning leakage

7. Rebleeding, morbidity, mortality.
