Margriet will be working with grades K1 and Grade 3.

She will be visiting each K1 classroom for 20 minutes between 8:30 and 9:30.

• • 8:30-8:50 -- K1KMc -- Mrs. McKenna's class

  • 8:50-9:10 -- K1ESa -- Mrs. Saez's class

  • 9:10-9:30 -- K1ShM -- Ms. Martin's class

She will be doing writing workshops with each of the Grade 3 classes, as follows:

  • Period 4 (10:50-11:30) - 3DGo -- Ms. Gordon's class

  • Period 5 (12:15-12:55) - 3HaB -- Mrs. Betts's class

  • Period 6 (12:55-1:30) - 3LoD -- Ms. Dalgliesh's class

Then in the evening -- from 7:30-8:30 PM -- Margriet will be doing a presentation for parents. She will offer practical information with you on how to select titles and read stories and poems aloud with your children, modeling the joy of reading. She will also share some of her own stories.
