The Popover, located at the top of the hill, looks out over the bay. It is a large studio with a queen size convertible sofa and a king in the sleeping loft, reached by a ladder. Space includes a bathroom with bathtub and a small kitchen area with sink, under-counter refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, hot plate, and toaster oven.
This house is insulated and stays warm with the wood stove on cold nights in spring and fall.
