At Your Doorstep

Our 1000 feet of shoreline is a great place to explore shore life and Maine geology. Mussels are available for harvesting and eating. A gravel beach is full of treasures and is a good place for children who like to wander in and out of the water.

The dock is available for your use. We have rowboats, kayaks, and a canoe that you may use. The nearby coves and islands are within rowing and paddling distance for picnics or exploring. The harbor is home to seals and porpoises, as well as great

blue heron, ospreys, and an occasional eagle. Fishing is fun when the mackerel are running. If you bring a boat on a trailer it can be launched at a nearby public boat ramp. The 40 acres of woods around the houses are full of paths and mossy areas for exploring.

If you prefer to sit and relax, each house has a deck with comfortable porch furniture and great views.

The sunsets are different every night.
