Vendor's Fair Information

Fair: November 2nd and 3rd, from 9-5 pm

Set-Up: November 1st, 1-5 pm

Vendor Registration will be $200 ($300 after September 15th), which includes two covered tables (3’ x 8’), two folding chairs, and two conference registrations for vendor workers (which includes boxed lunches on Friday and Saturday and the closing party on Saturday night).  One additional table per vendor (total of three) is available for $25 extra.

Publisher's Fair Information

Fair: November 3rd, from 9-5 pm

Set-Up: November 3rd, 8-9 am

Publisher’s Registration will be $50 ($75 after September 15th), which includes two tables (3’ x 8’) and two folding chairs.  The Publisher’s Fair will be open from 9-5 pm for conference attendees and the general public.  The event will be publicized locally as open to the public.

We anticipate you would also register for the conference as an individual attendee - information for individual registration is under the Registration link on the sidebar.  Registration for the conference would allow you to attend all conference events, including the closing party on Saturday night, and provide boxed lunches on Friday and Saturday.
