Tour specific terms & conditions besides the General Terms & conditions mentioned on the web site are as follows.
Inclusions:
Accommodation on twin Sharing Basis.
Optional Meal Plan (as per mentioned above). Tea/coffee with breakfast, lunch, dinner will be provided as per the convenience ( if applicable).
Rates are valid for Indian Nationals only.
Exclusions:
Bus/ Railway / Air Tickets, Coolie charges, Mineral water, Boating ride, Entry fee, Refreshment/snacks, Room Heater Charges, Guide fees, Phone/ Fax charges, Tip, Laundry charges, All chargeable hotel services, soft & hard drinks, rafting, rock climbing, paragliding, joy ride (Toy Train), porterage, Accidental & Luggage Insurance.
Additional sightseeing or extra usage of vehicle, other than mentioned in the itinerary. Any cost arising due to natural calamities like landslides, road blockage, political disturbances (strikes) etc. to be borne by the client, which shall be payable on the spot.
Any increase in taxes or fuel price, leading to increase in cost on surface transportation & land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure.
Child Policy:
15% of the tour package amount for adult is to be charged for Child Below 3 years. 50 % will be charged for 3 – 11 years and fully charged for 11 year onwards.
No extra bed will be provided for Child below 11 yrs.
Cost for extra bed / rollaway mattress will have to be paid to hotel directly by the tourist.
Vehicle Rules:
Tourists may have to be assigned seats in bus on rotation basis. 1 seat will be allotted for 2 half tickets. Tour commences as per the itinerary. Pick up / drop point may be either Thiruvananthapuram/ Ernakulum railway station or Cochin airport as shown in brochure.
The vehicle arrangement will be made once for sight-seeing & not be repeated in case of closure of place/road/ late arrival or any such other reason. Tourist have to reach the destination at their own expense where vehicle can’t go/ allowed to go as per rules of the respective Government.
At least 2 – 4 hour buffer time is suggested to catch train or flight respectively and keeping road conditions of hilly region in mind, tourists are advised to start their departure journey accordingly.
15 kg. per person is the maximum allowable luggage capacity. The cost for carrying extra luggage (may have to hire extra vehicle) will have to be borne by the tourist.
