Terms & Conditions:
DEFINITIONS
a) “You”/”Tourist”/”Client”/ “Tour participants” means the Person(s) in whose name(s) or on whose behalf the booking is made.
b) “We”/ “Us”/ “Firm”/ “Company” means Prabhavi Tours.
c) “Independent Contractors” means management of Hotel, Airline or shipping /Ferry boat or Railway or Bus or Coach or any kind of tourist vehicle or catering service or cooking service or Restaurant or places of entertainment viz. amusement park, museums, parks, exhibition hall or any other similar kind of institution selected by us to render services to our clients.
d) “Tour Cost” means the amount mentioned in the Total Tour Cost column in the booking form or conveyed through any other mode.
e) “Infant” means a person below the age of two years and a “Child” means a person in the age range between two to twelve years.
BROCHURE ACCURACY
Clients are advised to use Brochure(s) only for information purpose. Under circumstances beyond our control we may be compelled to change/update/modify/remove brochure information prior or after your booking. However, we/our tour manager or associate will try to notify you about such changes sufficiently in advance in case of having aware priorly. Please refer tour specific itineraries for additional terms & conditions.
MEALS
The menu, Venue, Timing & type of meals will be as per the brochure or conveyed before the commencement of tour. Under circumstances beyond our control it may be changed. No claim for compensation regarding missed meal(s) due to tourist’s late or non-arrival at announced meal timings will be entertained.
HOTELS
The hotels will either be those shown in the itinerary or of the same category. Loss/ damage/Theft of your baggage/personal belongings will be your responsibility under all circumstances. You will have to pay for any damages caused to the hotel(s) during your stay.
ITINERARY CHANGES
Environmental, Political or manmade situation(s) may lead to change(s) in itinerary. For the Comfort and safety of our tourists, we may sometimes reverse the direction, or slightly amend the itinerary.
COACH/SITTING
Daily seat rotation may be enforced. In some of the states, luggage on the rooftop carrier are prohibited which may lead to be carried it inside the tourist vehicle and hence tourists are advised to travel with minimum luggage. Any kind of Penalty imposed for rooftop career luggage shall have to be borne by tourist(s). Loss/ damage/Theft of your baggage/personal belongings will be your responsibility under all circumstances. You are advised not to leave behind any of the valuables in the coach/vehicle. You will have to pay for any damages caused to the coach/vehicle during your journey.
PAYMENTS
All payments made within 20 days prior to the tour departure date will have to be paid in cash. The PAN Card copy will be required when payments amounting Rs. 25,000/- or above are made by cash
REFUNDS
Refunds (If any for amendments and / or cancellations) will be paid directly to you for bookings made directly with our office. For bookings routed through or your Travel Agent, the refunds will be routed through them. It would take at least 30 days to process refunds. For cases where an airline ticket is issued, it would take at least 60 days to process the refund, if any. There is no refund payable for any untilled services (e.g. Meals, Entrance Fees Optional Tours, Hotels, Sightseeing etc.)
SCOPE OF ACTIVITY
We coordinate travel and vacation holidays activities. We do not control or operate any hotel, transport carrier, or any other facility or services rendered by independent contractors mentioned in the brochure or on our web site. We shall not be held responsible for delay, deficiency or default of any services rendered either by independent contractors ( and their employees) leading to any injury, sickness, accident, death, loss or damage, inconvenience or those may be borne out of any actions of co-traveller, co-tour participants which may result in tour particulars not availing some or all services on tour.
OTHER TERMS
1) Unless & until we- Prabhavi Tours receive initial deposit of INR 1,000/- from the client, a contract shall not be come into existence. Having not been received the full payment as per payment Terms, we shall reserve the right to cancel the booking with consequent loss of deposit and apply the cancellation charges as mentioned herein before.
2) No person other than the Prabhavi Tours in writing, has the authority to modify, add, amplify or waive any stipulation, representation term or condition in the brochure.
3) If the client has any complaint in respect of the service provided by any of the Independent Contractors, the client shall immediately notify the same in writing to the independent Contractor and a copy there of should be handed over to the Tour Manger of Prabhavi Tours in order to enable us to take up the matter with the independent Contractor so that in future other clients do not face the same difficulty.
4) Any claim or complaint by the client must be notified to Prabhavi Tours in writing within 5 working days of the end of the tour. No claim notified to this company beyond this period will be entertained and Prabhavi Tours shall incur no liability what so ever in respect there of.
5) The tour is subject to RBI/GOI rules & regulations. Rights of admission to the tour is reserved.
