Meet Our Soloists

Harpist, Mary Peterson has been playing the harp for many years. She studies privately with Harpist, Sylvia Woods. Mary graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Sociology and has a Teaching Credential in Multiple Subjects from California State University San Marcos. She is currently a second grade elementary teacher.

Dr. Roland El Ghazal is a dedicated and compassionate physician specializing in Pulmonary and critical care medicine. With over a decade of experience in treating complex respiratory conditions and managing critically ill patients. From a young age, Dr. El Ghazal also discovered a profound passion for music, particularly the piano. Starting lessons at the age of 10, he quickly became captivated by the instrument’s expressive capabilities. Over the years, he has honed his skills, performing in various recitals and community events. Balancing his demanding medical career with his love for music, Dr. El Ghazal exemplifies the harmony between science and art.
