Many thanks to the office of Supervisor, Joel Anderson for the lovely certificates for all the Poway Symphonette musicians for their dedication to bringing peace and music to our communities and around the globe. Bravo to the musicians!
The promotional video for our Bavarian/Austrian Performance tour from July 2023 has been released and is on our You Tube Channel under Ulli Reiner. The promotional video for the Prague and Salzburg Cantus International Festival Performance tour will be released soon as well. The Poway Symphonette officially is the "Orchestra in Residence" for the International Cantus and Cultural Music Festival in Salzburg, Austria. We are honored and humbled by this recognizition and look forward to next year's festival.
The Poway Symphonette also received Honorable Mention in the Finalist division with "The American Prize Music Competition" for Conductor for 2019, 2020 and 2021.
The Poway Symphonette is currently in the Finalist Division for 2022, 2023 and 2024 for their Virtual and Instrumental Performance divisions also through "The American Prize Competition".
Bravo to the musicians for making this happen, for the entire ensemble and for all their dedication!
