Add IP address

First we need to add the ips to windows. To do so go into Control Panel -> Network and Sharing Center -> Change adapter settings -> Double click on Local Area Connection -> Click Properties -> Choose Internet Protocol Version 4 and click properties -> Click Advanced -> Under the Ip Addresses section click add and add you rip addresses there using the subnet mask 255.255.255.248.
