Regardless, these workout emails are meant to offer a convenient professional 30-min workout, so you do not have to come up with one on your own, along with as much cardio warm-up and cool-down on your own as you can (to make 60+ minutes total if you want and can). As you may see, they are very solid workouts in terms of the quality of the instructions and combinations of exercises, with exercise pictures included. They can also be customized to suit your needs. Of course, you may want to utilize local Personal Trainers part-time as a resource if you need more ideas to help you customize your workouts even better.
