The PHA Executive are announcing a new "Trade Protocol" for the league.

Effective Date: October 3, 2018

The new process will ensure

• There is no player, draft pick discrepancy
• Trade is compliant from a cap retaining or cap hit perspective
• It doesn't pose any loop-hole or play on the league rules

High-level Process: Trade Agreed On > Email Trade Call > Exec Audit > Trade Official To Post

In detailed format...

1. Managers agree on trade
2. GM #1 will email phaleague@gmail.com (CC other GMs involved in trade) with trade details
3. An Exec responds approval
4. GM #2 (/3 if required) replies with confirmation
5. Trade can be officially posted and updated in Yahoo Fantasy

Steps 3 and 4 are interchangeable but trade cannot be posted in Transactions until steps 1-4 have been completed.
